- Implementation of virtual patients in preclinical studies for an early connection between theoretical knowledge and realistic clinical cases.
Virtual Patients in pediatrics
- Used in student education since 1999
- Used as a testing instrument within the regular instructional module tests since 2006
- Virtual Patients as preparation for training of practical skills (Skills Lab) pilot project in pediatrics since summer 2009
- Virtual Patients as obligatory preparation for skills training (reanimation, lumbar puncture etc.)
