Studies according to Sec. 15 of the Professional Code of the State Medical Association (Other Studies)
Studies according to Sec. 15 of the Professional Code for physicians (also referred to as “Other Studies”) are research projects that are not subject to the German Medicinal Products Act (AMG), the Clinical Trials Regulation (CTR), the German Act on the Implementation of Union Regulations concerning Medical Devices (MPDG), or the Medical Device Regulation (MDR) but comprise biomedical research on humans or research utilizing personal data.
