Thank you for the huge interest in our Doctoral Congress 2023! We hope we were able to provide ideas and inspiration for all students who are looking for a doctorate and a platform for exchange and networking for those already doing their doctorate and the working groups presenting themselves.

About the PromoKong

The congress enables students of all semesters to actively engage with the topic of doctoral studies and their organisation, to get to know the diversity of the Heidelberg research landscape and to make valuable contacts.

For doctoral candidates, the congress serves as a platform to present their work to a broad audience and share their fascination for their project. The congress also offers several opportunities to collect QE for the MEDISS programme. However, the doctoral congress cannot be recognised as a congress contribution.

The congress offers scientists from clinics and institutes the opportunity to present their own research foci and attract motivated young scientists.
